1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 345gam platform in any way — including browsing the site, placing a bet, participating in casino games, or depositing funds — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 345gam.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 345gam. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

• Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.

You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, or documentation relating to your payment method. Accounts subject to verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 345gam are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other payment methods as listed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of each transaction.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. 345gam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If this is not possible, you will be asked to provide an alternative verified method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 2–5 working days.
• 345gam reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is a discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal methods.
• Funds in your 345gam account do not earn interest.
• You must not use the platform for any money transfer, currency exchange, or financial activity unrelated to personal gaming entertainment.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through techniques such as matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or systematic patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Free bets, where offered, are non-withdrawable — only winnings generated from a free bet can be withdrawn subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 345gam are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting rules — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — follow standard international cricket betting conventions unless otherwise stated on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed — if odds change during placement, you will be notified before the bet is finalised.

• If your account is closed due to a breach on your part, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balance will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to 345gam.
